| Accommodation: | Organizer does not provide. All accommodation (chalets, tent camp) arrange on the camp reception. From the side of the camp will be checking that everyone staying have paid the appropriate fees. Perhaps they would like it if someone was sleeping in the camp for free. Do not make the shame! |
| Parking: | Center and E3: persons accommodated in the camp park in the camp with parking fee (parking is available at the chalets or tent); non-accommodated in a public parking lot about 200 m from the camp (sometimes with the fee) or on the square in Seč approx 1 km from the campsite (free). E1 and E2: parking on the meadow near the finish area (20 CZK / car / day). |
| Catering: | The restaurant and stands in the camp U letadla. Sale of refreshments at the finish area E1 and E2 (provided by local footballers). |
| Control descriptions: | Self-service taking at the finish area of each stage. |
| Time limits: | 90 minutes in E1, 150 minutes in E2 and 120 minutes in E3 for all categories. |
| Punching system: | SportIdent; if SI fails, use the backup mechanical punching (to be checked at the finish). SI cards can be rented at the information office (for the whole competition 60 CZK, for a day 40 CZK), lost of loaned card 800 CZK. |
| WC: | The permanent camp facilities and at the event center E1 and E2 mobile toilets TOI-TOI. No toilets on the starts. |
| Washing: | The camp facilities and temporarily in the event center E1 and E2. |
| Categories: |
HDR (category for parents with children - marked line), P (newcomers) a OPEN (training): in these categories participants choose the start time themselves, it is necessary to start at the latest in time 120! The start will be ensured by using start unit. H10N, D10N (categories for competitors without accompaniment): marked line, competitors punch controls printed on the map. There are codes and control descriptions. |
| Maps: | Maps are not returned in the finish, the organizers call all participants to respect fair play. Maps are not in the holders, they are taken a minute before the start. In that minute will be available holders, which can be used. |
| Protests: | Protests may be submitted to the main controller with a deposit of 200 CZK. |

| Transport to E1 a E2: | Organizers provide due to order in the application (25 CZK / ticket), or tickets can be purchased at registration. The timetable is published on the stage, the bus leaves from the entrance to the camp. |
| Babysitting: | Always open near the finish area. A tent in case of bad weather will be available. |
| First Aid: | Competitors compete at their own risk. Free medical aid is provided in the finish area. |
| Prize-giving ceremony: | Overall results will be announced at the end of the third stage (estimated time at 13:15 pm). | Warnings: | Do not enter private land. All competitors will take part at their own risk. Do not leave valuables in tents; organizer is not liable for any losses. Races take place in the natural protected area Železné hory (Iron Mountains), please observe the visiting rules of natural protected area. |
| Sales of sports goods: | On Friday and Saturday at event E1 and E2. |

The area is characterized by a dense network of roads (pronounced and less significant), a large variety of vegetation (well runnable forest, thickets, clearings and self-seeded growth) and undergrowth, some paths are overgrown with grass. Courses are carried in close proximity to the state nature reserve Polom (marked on map No. 709 brand-bounds area). Do not enter these designated areas. Courses were adjusted to minimize potential distortions reservation. |

Prales Polom - sample the original character of the forest primeval forest in the higher parts of the Iron Mountains. Forest has 2 parts: Small and Large Polom and its oldest part, was founded in 1933. The forest of fir, beech forests are maintained with sycamore and spruce. It is one of the finest locations in the Iron Mountains.Seč – dam, ruined castles Oheb and Vildštejn

Železné hory (Iron Mountains) are "mountains" in particular on its southwestern edge, where they fall more than two hundred meters high slope defined by significant iron-mountains break. Part natural protected area Iron Mountain is a ridge of mountains Kaňkových and also the national nature reserve Lichnice-Kaňkovy. A separate chapter is then Lichnice castle and the nearby rocky prospect in Lovětínský ravine called Girls Rock. Way in Lovětínský ravine that is created under the castle Lichnice is very tempting. These valleys there are more and some are named in part except as Hell (Peklo). One of them is cold Golden stream valley (údolí Zlatého potoka), into which enters at the village pond Hell of the same name and the camp and walk by him in connection with Hedvika valley.
